		<description>I'm a non-smoker, but it bothers me when the government reaches a little too far into instructing small business owners how to run their business.  If smoking is considered such a major health risk then either make it illegal completely (never gonna happen) or back the fuck off.  If they really want to get involved than give a tax break to bars that are smoke free to encourage bars to do so and let the people decided where to spend their money.</description>
